Our team looks at compliance as another accountability tool to ensure we are holding ourselves to the highest possible standard when dealing with customers, clients, and society. We train constantly, monitor daily, and review annually to ensure we are keeping up with current industry and client expectations.
1. We have chosen to take the more difficult roads in laying the foundation for Nostalgic Towing so that we may stay ahead of incoming increasingly demanding regulations and expectations.
2. We use Vendor Transparency Solutions for our compliance monitoring platform and overall continuing education. Our memberships with Allied Finance Adjusters and Time Finance Adjusters provide opportunity for us to attend annual training and stay in touch with industry changes.
3. Bi-weekly team meetings allow us to once a month focus solely on safety and once a month focus on in-house training. Our backgrounds as trainers and leaders in human resources and law enforcement provide the foundation for training most companies in our industry would never think of such as classes on empathy, communication, and leadership.
4. As we become more successful we are investing in our team by offering out side training opportunities through Riscus. We currently have 3 Florida CARS certified team members, 1 Commercial Cars team member and have sent one team member to Mid-West Keyless in Grand Rapids, MI for Lishi tool training. In 2016 the leadership stayed back as 6 of our team members attended the Florida Tow Show.
5. Professionals by nature are compliant and we expect our team to be professionals. We have had the ability to offer everyone on our team an opportunity to attend Financial Peace University and continue to encourage individual education and certifications.
